We currently deliver throughout South Africa.
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day, although this may take slightly longer during busy periods, promotional periods, public holidays, or where there are courier delays outside of our control.
Shipping rates
We offer flat rate nationwide delivery at R120.

Dispatch and delivery
Once your order has been processed, it will be packed and handed to our fulfilment partner for dispatch.
Estimated delivery times are usually:
- Main centres: 1 to 3 business days
- Regional or outlying areas: 2 to 5 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, courier operations, or other factors outside of our control.
Order tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive your tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery information
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. We cannot take responsibility for delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure prompt dispatch and delivery, occasional delays can happen. We are not liable for courier delays once an order has been handed over for delivery, but we will always do our best to assist in resolving any issues.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so that we can assist.
